Lee Kang-in (Paris Saint-Germain) may be gone, but his former club Mallorca (Spain) hasn't forgotten him.

The club congratulated Lee on his first goal in the UEFA Champions League (UCL) on Sunday (July 27) via social media.

"(Lee) scored his first goal in the UCL, congratulations Lee Kang-in," the club wrote with a heart emoji.

Mallorca posted a photo of Lee hugging Bedat Murki, who led the attack last season, alongside a photo of Lee celebrating after scoring for PSG.

Earlier in the day, Lee scored a 44th-minute winner to seal a 3-0 victory over AC Milan (Italy) in the UCL Group F third leg of the 2023-24 season at the Parc des Princes in Paris, France.

Lee came off the bench in the 26th minute to replace Ousmane Dembele.

The light-footed Lee Kang-In's left foot flashed in the second half. Warren Zaire Emery's pass was flicked on by Gonzalo Hamus, and Lee rattled the net with a precise left-footed shot. The goalkeeper was helpless to stop it.

Lee, who joined PSG on July 9, scored his debut goal and first offensive point in just over three months and 12 official games.

It's been a while since he left PSG, but the Mallorca club hasn't forgotten about him. Lee joined Mallorca from Valencia (Spain) in 2021 and played for them for two seasons.

Most notably in 2022-23, when he scored six goals and provided six assists for 12 offensive points. Since Lee's departure, the club has won 1, drawn 5 and lost 4 this season (8 points) and is in 17th place out of 20 teams. 19가이드03
