Thunder Valley Casino Resort will officially unveil The Venue at Thunder Valley, a new 150,000-square-foot entertainment venue, on Tuesday, February 14 at 11 a.m.
Guests attending the much-anticipated President's Day weekend grand opening celebrations with performances by Eagles (Feb. 17), Bruno Mars (Feb. 18), and Santana (Feb. 19) will be invited to take guided tours, enjoy concessions, and experience The Venue.
"We are excited for the United Auburn Indian Community and Thunder Valley Casino Resort to officially unveil and celebrate The Venue in Thunder Valley," Thunder Valley General Manager Don Clayton said. "The Venue is unlike anything the region has seen and we look forward to starting a grand opening weekend by welcoming our first guests to a special ribbon-cutting celebration."
Venue has 4,500 seats and will host musicals, comedy shows, and sporting events all year round. It will also provide a large event space for conferences and banquets.
Venue's facilities are designed with a modern yet sophisticated vision, offering multi-level space and amenities, state-of-the-art sound and video systems, and a variety of discounts offering food, beer, wine, and more.
The $100 million venue was created by the McCarthy Building Company and OTJ Construction Co.
This invitation-only event includes the United Auburn Indian Community Tribe Council, Thunder Valley executives, local elected officials, chambers and local organizations.
