If you want other people to be able to access the QuickBooks data file, you should enable the QuickBooks Audit Trail Report option. Using the audit trail feature, you can keep track of who makes what changes to the QuickBooks data file. You should tap the Use Audit Trail checkbox if many people are making changes to data in QuickBooks.
